Information we collect

When you request an estimate on our website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, street address, town, fence type, project timeline, approximate fence length, whether an existing fence needs removal, and any notes you add.

When you call us, we may note your name, number, and project details so we can follow up.

Like most websites, our site also records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, through the cookies and tools described below.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your estimate, schedule a site visit, prepare pricing, and complete your project. Estimate requests are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that only our staff can access.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether those ads lead to estimate requests. When you visit our site or submit the form, Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, cookie identifiers, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your name and phone number. Meta uses this to match the visit to its own records and to show our ads to people more likely to be interested.

You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business (such as Google for storage and Meta for advertising measurement) and when the law requires it.

Your choices

To ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, call us at (516) 366-2944. If you no longer want us to contact you about an estimate, tell us and we will stop.

Children

Our services are for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
